Swissco Construction Ltd

Swissco Construction was formed by the directors of Zambia Paint Manufacturers Ltd who have been in the paint manufacturing and retail business since 1965 with the intention of offering their customers additional services and the guarantee of high quality products and finishes.

Swissco Construction is a building and painting contracting company which specialises in all types of construction works, from civil works to high quality painting/skimming finishes. We also do sigma coatings, industrial grade floor epoxy/HPU floor coating, self leveling flooring, tiling , ceilings, waterproofing and any/all types of steel works. Our company has undertaken numerous building and painting projects since its inception in 2011. 

Swissco is also sort after as a sub-contractor by various other construction companies due to its reputation of quality workmanship and being able to complete projects on time. We have been a sub-contractor of such companies like Velos Enterprises Ltd, Cartel Ltd, WBHO Construction Ltd just to name a few.

Swissco is involved in a joint venture with colortech in the marketing and fabrication of roofs based on the newly introduced ceramic roof tiles in Zambia by Colortech for Rayal Roof and Floor Tiles of south Africa. The ceramic roof tiles are in direct competition with the standard concrete roof tiles but are much lighter in weight, are stronger tiles and they do not fade like other tiles would due to the ceramic glaze finish.

We are also a certified applicator of Abe South Africa products.
